Welcome to Windermere Primary School.

We are a small school with a big heart. Being a one-form entry school allows us to focus on our pupils as individuals, so we can tailor support and challenge to each child's needs. Children enjoy being a part of our school community as they feel valued and benefit from the opportunities to get to know children and adults from across the school. Staff are knowledgeable and dedicated, and recognise the range of experiences and start points our children have, working together to support progress and development of the whole child. 

Nestled in a cul-de-sac off Thirlmere Drive, we enjoy spacious grounds with 2 playgrounds, a kitchen garden, outdoor theatre and gym, large field and nature area, including a pond. We welcome visits to the school and look forward to showing you our wonderful pupils and staff.
